ESSENTIALS SET SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.    

SPONSOR:  Curio Brands, LLC, 629 9th Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414.  

ENTRY PERIOD:  This Sweepstakes begins on July 30, 2026 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on August 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”).  Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period, or on a day that is excluded from the Entry Period, will not be accepted.    

ELIGIBILITY:  This Otherland Essentials Set Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.  Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and other Unted States Territories and possessions.  Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.  This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.  Void where prohibited or restricted.      

HOW TO ENTER: INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER THE DRAWING.   

To enter, complete the Otherland customer survey linked in your dedicated email or, to enter without completing the survey, send your name, full address, email address and telephone number to Hello@otherland.com.  One entry per person or email address. If entrant is using his/her mobile device to enter, charges, including message and data rates may apply.  Entries generated by scrip, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors.  Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply.  All entries become the property of Sponsor.  No other entry method will be accepted.    

DRAWING: Three winners will be selected on or about August 7, 2026 by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes and determines the order of receipt of entries.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated these rules.  Potential winners will be notified on or about August 7, 2026 via Email.  Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity (where legal) form within seven (7) days of the date of attempted notification. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential winner fails to receive the notice.  If a potential winner fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, their prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.  

PRIZES:  Three winners. Each winner will receive one Otherland Essentials Set ($100 value), which includes (1) Canopy 8oz candle, (1) Cardamom Milk 8oz candle, (1) Daybed 8oz candle, (1) Nectar Pop 8oz candle, (1) Rattan 8oz candle and (1) Reverie Roast 8oz candle. Total prize value for each winner is $100. Total sweepstakes prize value is $300. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licensee of use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.  No prize substitution or cash equivalent allowed.  All taxes on the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.  No transfer, substitution or cash redemption will be awarded in lieu of stated price except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion there) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.    

Odds of Winning:  Odds of winning depend on the number and timing of eligible entries received.    

GENERAL TERMS:  By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time.   

For any content that you submit, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world now known or hereinafter developed, without compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.   

By submitting any content you represent and warrant that:  

  • you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;  
  • all "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;  
  • all content that you post is accurate;  
  • you are at least 18 years old;  
  • use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
